How much is postage?
A flat-rate postage fee of $30 applies to all postal rentals. This includes delivery to you and a prepaid Australia Post Express return satchel.
How long is the hire period?
Our standard hire period is four (4) days, unless otherwise agreed. Your return date will be confirmed in your booking confirmation email.

What if the dress doesn't fit?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or Store Credit if the dress doesn't fit. We recommend carefully reviewing the size guide, garment measurements and product description before booking. If you're unsure, please contact us before placing your order—we're happy to help with sizing advice.
What happens if my dress arrives with an issue?
If your garment arrives with a condition issue that wasn't previously disclosed, please contact us within eight (8) hours of delivery or collection. The garment must remain unworn, and clear photographs must be provided before we can assess your claim.
Do I need to wash the dress before returning it?
NO. Professional dry cleaning is included in your hire.
Please do not wash, dry clean or attempt to remove stains yourself, as this may damage the garment.
What happens if I accidentally stain or damage the dress?
We understand that accidents can happen. If your dress becomes stained or damaged during your hire, please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on the damage, cleaning, repair or replacement charges may apply. Full details can be found in our Damage Fees Policy.
What if Australia Post delays my parcel?
While we dispatch all orders within our advertised timeframes, we cannot control Australia Post or other courier providers. Refunds are not available for delays outside our control; however, where appropriate, we may offer Store Credit or transfer your booking in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Do I need to be over 18 to book?
Yes. The person making the booking must be 18 years of age or older. If the person wearing the dress is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the booking and accept full responsibility for the rental.
Can I extend my hire?
If you require your dress for longer than the standard hire period, please contact us before placing your booking. Extensions are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
